How it all began

The company was founded in 1991 as Czech Airhandling at Prague Airport, providing passenger and baggage services, followed by ramp handling. The following year, it was acquired by US Ogden Aviation and became known as Czech-Ogden Airhandling.

We joined Menzies Aviation in 2000, which opened up new possibilities. Today, Menzies is the leading service partner to the world’s airports and airlines, with operations on six continents, at more than 255 airports in 60-plus countries.

In 2012, our subsidiary company Czech GH bought complete handling from Prague Airport and like that we increased our market share at Prague Airport.

Menzies Aviation is the world’s largest aviation services provider in the world and we are proud to be part of the global network. We benefit from Menzies’ industry leading systems and training and are a trusted partner of many leading airlines in the Czech Republic, such as Ryanair, Emirates, British Airways, Quatar Airways, Delta Air Lines and many others.

IATA Ground Handling Partner

The IATA Ground Handling Partner Program (GHP) brings together non-IATA ground handling providers, airports and airlines involved in ground handling around the world.

In collaboration with IATA, the partners address ground handling issues that could affect safety. They also manage risk mitigation strategies and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
