In addition to our main administrative building, our complex also includes a cargo terminal with a total area of approximately 10,000m² where we offer warehouse space for rent in addition to air cargo clearance. The entire complex is undergoing gradual modernization and minor reconstruction.

We strive to meet the needs of our partners and offer a wide range of other services related to the lease of commercial premises. If your business is mainly related to air, but also truck transport, we are the ideal place for you because of our strategic location, which offers good transport accessibility. Our customers include leading airlines such as Air France, KLM and Emirates, as well as renowned freight forwarding companies UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Office space

We have offices available in the administrative part of our complex and in the cargo terminal, where the advantage is a direct connection to the warehouse and forwarding services. The office building has four floors. In addition to an exceptional view of Prague Airport, we can provide separate or pass-through offices of 17-68m² and a range of offices up to a total area of 500m². There is an elevator, air conditioning, central reception and the possibility of renting outdoor parking and placing your company logo. The building is also conveniently located within walking distance to public transport and the main transport routes of D7 and M0.

Storage areas

Our cargo terminal is where our air cargo services are based. It also has areas that can be rented as storage space with the possibility of renting loading ramps and placement of your company logo. To date, we have around 1000m² of available space with the possibility of storing all goods approved for air or alternative truck transport.
